The vegetable patch
is starting to come to life.
Out of 24 lettuces we now have only 3 left, never mind, I have planted more seeds so hopefully they will be a bit more successful. I think I know where we went wrong anyway.Today we weeded and planted more seeds.
The tomato plants have a few tiny little tomatoes on them and the peas are starting to flower.

- Carrotts 3rd lot
- Onions 2nd lot

Sweet Peas and Strawberries
I have grown some sweet peas from seed under a cloche and today I transplanted them to pots against a south facing wall. They look very vulnerable but hopefully they will do well.
I also planted two strawberry plants in a hanging basket. I have never grown strawberries in this way before, I am looking forward to seeing how they develop.

Welcome to
my new blog.
Here I will be writing about my garden. I am an amateur gardener that's not devoted at all but likes to dabble here and there without too much commitment or effort.
The idea of this blog is to give me somewhere to keep track of what I have tried and what has been a success, somewhere that I can look back on and compare things from one year to the next.
I will also be posting lots of photos.
If you like it here then feel free to visit often x
